Rental Information

Rates start at $200 per night.

Peak/Holiday is: Weeks of Christmas and New Years, March, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th week, Labor Day weekend.

Rates are based on Peak, In-Season and Out-season and six-person occupancy. (Maximum occupancy is twelve.)

There is a 3-night minimum stay for In-Season and Out-Season and a 6-night minimum stay during Christmas/New Years, March and 4th July Peak/Holidays.

Peak rate is $350 per night, based on six-person occupancy.
Additional person charges for each additional occupant up to twelve.
There is a $150 cleaning fee.
8.8% Colorado lodging/sales taxes.
Pets accepted with prior approval.
Additional per-day pet charge and pet security deposit required.
